Special rates are available for the following:
Student Rate
Students who are enrolled in full-time post-secondary studies at the time of Adaptation Canada 2026 and who are not receiving funding in the form of a scholarship, bursary, or research grants.
Reduced Rate
• Delegates who reside in rural, remote, or Northern communities
• Indigenous youth, community members, and organizations
• Non-profits with an annual budget under $1-million

Group Rate
Groups of 4 or more delegates from the same organization may receive a discount of 20% off the current registration rate when registered at the same time. Please reach out to ac2026@iclei.org to access the group rate.
