WHY SUBMIT A PROPOSAL?
Speaking at Adaptation Canada offers the chance to share your work and insights and contribute to one of the 50+ conference sessions. In addition to participating in important conversations taking place from September 22 to 24, speaking at Adaptation Canada 2026 provides the opportunity to:

Learn from other session contributors; and

Inspire others to action.
Additionally, speakers receive a reduced registration rate of $499 (a savings of 50% over early-bird fees) to attend the full conference!
HOW TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL
Before preparing your application, we recommend that you review the full Call for Speakers Information Guide to ensure that your final submission meets the evaluation criteria.
All applications must be submitted by 11:59 pm ET on Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
